A few taps after training. A record worth keeping.
Octo BJJ helps you remember your time on the mat without turning logging into another workout.
1. Log your session
Choose the date, Gi or No-Gi, duration and intensity. Add the techniques you worked on from the searchable list. A short note is optional.
2. Leave yourself something useful
What clicked? Where did you get stuck? What would you try next time? Even a sentence can give your next session a little direction.
3. See your consistency
The monthly calendar highlights your training days. Browse earlier months and revisit those sessions. Set an optional monthly session goal if a target helps you keep showing up.
4. Explore your training
See your most and least trained techniques, with time filters to explore recent training or your full history. These counts reflect what you logged, rather than measuring skill or mastery.
Bring your old notes
Paste previous training logs in Settings → Import training history. Review and correct the detected sessions before confirming. Structured tables are processed without AI where possible; messy notes may be sent to OpenAI for parsing.
Keep a copy
Download all your sessions as a CSV file from Settings. You can also install Octo BJJ on your phone’s home screen; instructions are inside the app.
